Nestled amidst the Wirrabara Forest, Apricot cottage overlooks the forest hills and our apricot orchard from an expansive decking. A peaceful and comfortable place to call home while exploring nearby natural attractions, lookouts and walking trails. Relax with a cuppa, spot native birds or involve yourself with our friendly farm animals. Cosy up in the cooler months with the indoor wood-fire (firewood provided) or cool off in summer by tasting some of our fresh biodynamic apricots. The space Apricot cottage offers space to feel comfortable inside and outdoors on the decking, ideal for taking time to recharge. Two bedrooms and a full kitchen means you can be content bringing family or friends. Be entertained and enjoy the myriad of farm life; cows grazing nearby, chooks roaming the orchard and of course our two welcoming friendly Kelpies; Pip and Indy. Look at the listing photos for some insight into the animals. Kids love the animals and there's many novel experiences to keep them occupied for a memorable and fun stay. Guests often comment on the peaceful and beautiful stay, saying they will be back. Guest access Carport right next to cottage with access via the main property driveway. Other things to note Booking for 2 people assumes a ‘couple’ and entitles you to one bedroom only.
