Houses overlooking the lake and monastery for up to 6 guests. Children under 3 stay free of charge. There are 2 holy springs nearby. The Serafimo-Diveevsky Monastery is a 10-minute walk away. 3 minutes by car. There is a shop nearby, a cafe in 5 minutes. The space Gated community. The houses are located one plot away from the bank of the Vichkinsa River. From the second floor of each house there is a beautiful view of the river and all the cathedrals of the monastery. In the morning you will hear the bell ringing, taste our delicious homemade breakfasts, herbal tea or coffee in a Turkish coffee pot. The presence of a playground and children's corners in each house makes the stay in our boarding house pleasant not only for adults, but also for children. Guest access The houses are rented as a whole. They have two rooms and a kitchenette with a dining area. On the 1st floor there is a terrace with garden furniture, a living room-bedroom with TV, on the 2nd floor there is a bedroom and a large balcony. In the common area, there is a playground, summer kitchen, barbecue, tent, gazebo, fountain, mini pond. Other things to note We welcome couples and families with children❤️ Children under 3 years stay free of charge. A baby cot is available on request free of charge 💛 We offer excursions to the holy springs and sightseeing tours of the monastery. For stays of 3 days or more, a complimentary tour is offered. A barbecue grill and barbecue area are available on request, free of charge. No noisy events and feasts with alcoholic beverages. Smoking is prohibited in the houses, it is allowed only on the open terrace. No pets allowed.
