A private room in our mansion is perfect for a couples getaway or overnight stay visiting family; rent the entire second floor for groups of up to 16, or ballroom for big events! SUNY Geneseo & Letchworth State Park are located 15 minutes away. The space The mansion is furnished with vintage furniture and charming decor accents that create an elegant environment for guests to rest, relax and reconnect. A private room in our mansion is perfect for a weekend getaway, celebrating special occasions, or visiting friends and family in the area. If traveling with a group, inquire for rates to rent all our guest rooms in the mansion (accommodating up to 16 guests) and our carriage house (a full house accommodating 6 guests). The mansion’s ballroom, accommodations and outdoor terrace are rented out for weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, friends getaways and more throughout the year. Guest access All of our private guest rooms are on the second floor, up the entryway staircase. There are two additional rooms in the attic, listed on our website, that are available as add-on spaces to your listing (please inquire). Guests have private access to their bedroom and bathroom. The Kitchenette, coffee machine, mini-fridge, microwave and board games are located in shared spaces and are available for use by all guests. The first floor foyer, entryway stairway, dining room and sunroom are shared spaces and available for use during your stay. A light continental breakfast is available from 7 a.m. - 8 a.m. as part of this Airbnb stay. The basement cellar lounge and kitchenette is a shared space and available during your stay from 8 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. NOTE: A kitchen is NOT available for you during your stay. A kitchenette that is shared is available on the second floor. NOTE: Schedule your check-in with host, in advance, between 3pm - 9pm NOTE: Our rooms are generally not suitable for infants, or children under 12 years Owners live onsite in a private area of the home. We are available for questions or conversation but please respect individuals' desire for privacy. The ballroom, attic, catering kitchen, and owner's residence are not permitted for guest use. Any door marked with “Private”, “Private Residence”, locked, or area marked with signage designating “Do Not Enter” is a restricted space and guests are not permitted in those areas. The front yard driveway, smoke shack near the parking lot, fire pit (east of home) and front grass “loop” are “common area/shared spaces” with other mansion guests and our carriage house. Going within 20 feet of the brown barn near the parking lot is prohibited and is monitored with exterior cameras. Access is prohibited in the following outdoor spaces that are monitored with exterior cameras: veranda, (east and west of house) side lawns, (south of house) backyard, wading pool, woodlands, farm fields, swingset and private residence parking area (marked), pool enclosed in the fence. Areas marked private, no visitors allowed, or do not enter, etc. are not permitted for guest access or use.
