The space The view in your room looks out over a beautiful Sycamore tree with Kinvara Bay in the distance. The room is contemporary and impeccably clean with lush cotton bedding. You have the use of a private bathroom that will be yours exclusively during your stay. Guest access Room is situated on the first floor to the left as you come up the stairs. Private bathroom which is situated close to the room. Smoking permitted on the balcony. During your stay I also live in the house but happy to interact as much or as little as is natural between people sharing a space. Other things to note LITTLE FURRY ALERT! I have two tiny guinea pigs living in my kitchen. Occasionally another person other than myself may be in the house. Your room has a lock on it.
