Our house, which has a 15.09.2025/18-3 Tourist Rental Permit, provides a unique accommodation comfort with a 6.5 m ceiling kitchen+loft living room with underfloor heating and a parent's bathroom in each room. It is located in a very central location, 15 minutes from the ski resort. 4 lambs, 7 geese, 29 chickens, 2 dogs and 750 m2 of organic garden await you in the sections surrounded by a private fence in our 5,250 m2 garden. Don't forget to get eggs from the henhouse for breakfast. Our house and garden are alcohol-free. The space Sister Safiye, who is in charge of our house, will greet you at the entrance. She will show you around our house and give you information about general use. The garden and facade lighting of our house is automatically switched on and off from evening to morning. Only when you need extra lighting in the garden (e.g. when barbecuing) will you need to manually turn on the 4 projectors on the pole in the middle of the garden from the fuse box. You can give stale bread to the lambs, geese and chickens with your children. It will be in the feed shed next to the chicken feed sack. You can burn as much firewood as you like. There is plenty of it in our garden. You can load wood from the outside into the wood room next to the fireplace, and easily take it from inside the house and throw it into the fireplace. Sister Safiye will check it daily anyway. We have snow sleds for 1 child (with seat belt) and 2 adults in the indoor garage. You can take them with you when you go to Yıldıztepe ski resort. There is a table and seating set on our open patio. If you smoke, we kindly ask you to use the garden and the open patio, and not to use the inside of the house and the closed patio with sofas (winter garden). No smoking has been allowed inside the house so far. We don't smoke as a family. Sister Safiye will welcome you with the fireplace lit. You will find hot milk boiled on the stove, thinking that you and the children will like village milk. You can drink it hot when you come from the road.😉 You can collect eggs from the chicken coop with your children in the morning and enjoy them for breakfast. Sister Safiye will show you the egg collection door of the henhouse. All the windows and doors of our house have an electric shutter system. The controls are on the wall surface to the right or left of the doors & windows. 12 security cameras are recording 24/7 on the exterior and garden of our house. There are no cameras inside our house and on the open and closed (with canopies) verandas. There is an electric vehicle charging station in the garden. You can safely charge your AC or DC devices and connection cables. 1 kWh is 15 TL Guest access Our guests can use the two guest rooms with a master bathroom upstairs and the sleeping area with a double sofa bed and sofa upstairs, the shared bathroom downstairs, the living room, the kitchen, the sunbed conservatory, the open patio, the indoor garage entrance and the barbecue/grill areas in the backyard. Other things to note Make sure the chimney is open when throwing wood into it when using a fireplace. If you open the lid with the chimney closed, all the smoke will come in. So you should push the sleeve chimney handle up to the end and make it open. The opposite is when you pull it towards you until the end and you close the chimney hole and allow the fireplace to burn heavily. Do not open the lid directly while firing wood. Leave a gap of 1 cm and wait 5-6 seconds at the first opening so that the ashes circulating in the air come out of the chimney and do not disturb you by coming into the house. In accordance with the legal regulations, the ID numbers of all guests must be entered into the KBS system before entering the house.
