Located in a private setting at the top of the Adirondack Diamond Point Lodge property, nestled and secluded in the trees, this two bedroom authentic log cabin is the end unit of a multi space cabin building. It has a cozy private outdoor space. Two bedrooms include a queen, a full and a single day bed option. Galley kitchen is complete w/ dining table. This cabin does not have a formal living room, however, there is a seating and TV viewing area in the front bedroom. Try our NEW SAUNA. The space Located in a private setting at the top of our property, nestled and secluded in the trees, the Nuthatch #35 is a two bedroom authentic log cabin and the end unit in a multi-space cabin building. Two ample sized bedrooms include one queen bed with a single size built in mattress for flexible sleeping arrangements, and a room with one full bed. This cabin hosts up to 4 guests. This accommodation has a full kitchen, and a small dining area in the kitchen. Unique to this space is that there is no formal living room, however, there is a seating and TV viewing area in the front and larger bedroom which includes a seating area. The second bedroom also has a TV as well. There is one bath with a stand-up shower. Guest feedback is that one of their favorite parts of the experience is the very private area outside, that is partially fenced in and surrounded by trees, they fine it is perfect for the small family or a mix of adults looking for a cozy experience. This outdoor hang-out area includes a fire ring, Adirondack chairs, small lawn area, picnic table and grill. Enjoy relaxing on the covered porch, protected from the rain. Please note that this is in fact a 60+ year old log cabin with real log walls, in the rustic Adirondack style. While this is an end unit, it is possible that guests may hear voices or noise from the neighboring space. Please respect each other during quiet hours. Guest have full access to all of the resort amenities includong our new Suana cabin. May - September, guests have access to a shared pay per use laundry facility in the game room building. Guest access This cabin unit is located in a multi unit original log cabin at 23 Vito Rd, Lake George, and located on the Adirondack Diamond Point Resort property. The ADK Lodge is owned and operated by the Drake Family, and offers a full complement of staff that immaculately cleans each accommodation. There are no absentee property owners, the hospitality business is our family business! The building is set aside and above the Lodge area, and enjoys some privacy, set on the upper half of our 5 acre property. Parking is directly below the deck or up by the front door. Guests have access to all seasonally available amenities and the Resort grounds. We have multiple cabins or cabin units as well as Lodge suites available. Located below unit #25 raised deck (the one with the clear panels) in the Pines Section (follow sings for 28-32). the suana is housed in a small hut with a green roof. Please enjoy this new amenity! The control panel is located on the outside by the entry door. Please press the orange "P" button to start the heater, then on the digital timer enter the numer of minutes you would like to experience. When you are done, if the heat is still running, please press the "P" to turn off. ALWAYS PLEASE press the "lights" button when you leave so that the exterior light will shine at dark. The lit LED will indicate it is in the "ON" position. Thank you! Other things to note We have a direct internet access point in the accommodation which provides fast wifi speed. The kitchen offers a 4 person dining set. We provide pots, pans and dinnerware. Appliances include range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. Again, please note that this is not a large cabin space, and does not have a separate living room. A covered deck space offers a place to relax and enjoy the day or evening, out of the weather. Access to a grill and a fire pit is also included with this reservation, and all resort amenities are available for use by our guests, as seasonally appropriate, including our indoor game room (spring/summer/fall), pool (summer season) and outdoor games. While this cabin style suite is available year-round, the Adirondack Diamond Point resort on-campus amenities are available during the spring / summer / fall season while the main campus is open. Please ask for specific dates if you any questions. The Hemlocks at the Adirondack Lodge building is a lodge style multi-unit cabin, and it was authentically built in the mid-1900s. This is the end unit, and the most secluded, and there is one shared wall with the middle cabin unit. Because there is a shared wall without heavy insulation between them to drown out noise, you may here other guests talking or moving about, should all of the cabins be reserved at the same time. We have strict quiet hours (everywhere on the property) of 10 pm to 8am to help make everyone’s stay as relaxing and peaceful as possible. Please respect neighbors and use “indoor voices” and keep music on low volume while on decks or outside, as well as, keep volume moderate while indoors. Please contact us if you have additional guest that you may wish to bring, so that we can help with arrangements to accommodate the additional guests on the property. Notes: -Our pet policy: We allow up to one animal, under 40 lbs and at least one year in age. There is a pet fee applicable to your stay. While a guest with us, animals must not be left unattended in your accommodation unless crated, are not allowed on furniture or bedding, and any “business” must be cleaned up by pet parents. The department of Health regulations do not allow dogs at pools or the game room. Guests must select "Pet" when reserving. Please contact us before booking if you wish to request exceptions to this policy. -The Nuthatch cabin is part of the Adirondack Diamond Point Resort, which includes a variety of cabins and lodge accommodations and amenities on a 5 acre property spanning both sides of Vito Rd. The main entrances and signs for the resort are located on Lake Shore Drive. The Hemlock is the end unit of a multi-space authentic log cabin, and is located up the hill on Vito Road. Vito Road is a quiet, no-outlet side street. -We provide all bed linens, comforters, blankets, pillows, and towels. -Our Guest laundry is in the game room, and is available from 5/1 – 10/15 annually. -We are not a waterfront property, however, we have some views of the lake from parts of the property and several accommodations.
