Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Close to Cromer, Overstrand and Mundesley, and with easy train links to Norwich; Victoria Cottage is a family friendly haven away from the hustle and bustle. Quiet and peaceful, the village of Southrepps is surrounded by fields and countryside, with two excellent pubs, a beautiful church with 15th century tower and a lovely community feel. Close to the award winning Gunton Arms and a short walk from the equally excellent Suffield Arms. The space Victoria Cottage is stylish and cosy, with a luxurious and homely feel. The open plan living/kitchen area is perfect for couples and small families with a large well stocked kitchen overlooking the patio and lawned garden area, large fridge freezer, dining table and gorgeous Loaf sofas to snuggle round the woodburning stove. The living area leads onto a family bathroom with shower, WC and basin. Outside you will find ample parking for two cars on the front gravel drive, and the back garden has a patio with dining table and chairs, and a large lawn over two levels which overlooks fields. Upstairs are the bedrooms; a large master bedroom with Kingsize bed, and two single bedrooms - with high quality stylish finish. We provide a travel cot and high chair to make travelling with infants easier. Please note, there is no stair gate on the staircase, but a door separates the downstairs living area from the staircase. In common with many cottages in Norfolk the staircase is steep. Guest access You will have the whole cottage to yourself throughout your stay. Other things to note Please note the cottage does not allow dogs. The stairs are steep.
