Best part is being three streets away from the main street as its very quiet especially at night to sleep with no truck noise to bother you from the main highway. Due to insurance reasons breakfast is no longer supplied. Welcome to bring your own to cook. The space Reverse air conditioning has been fitted to each bedroom for cooling and heating. Correctly book the number of people staying as the rates are based on the number of people not rooms or house. The house is at the front of the house block from the street and I live at the back of the house block in the barn with the house yard between us. Smoking is OK as long as its outside and not in the house at all. NO BUTTS IN THE INSIDE BINS. The back yard is fully fenced AND SECURE for your sole use and it’s a great size for your pets to run around and play. If you need anything at all I’m here on site to assist with any information or help required. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has a double bed. This set up is for four people. Pull outs for 5-6 people. If you are booking less then 5 people and require a pull bed they are $15 per bed supplied. Guest access There is 2 off street parking, one carport and one driveway parking for your use and on street parking out the front of the house. Carport height is 2.4mtr clearance. The house has three access doors being the front, side and back door access to the house with keys provided. NO PARKING ON THE GRASSED LAWNS AT ALL. Other things to note Bookings for 5-6 people this will include two fold out single beds. They will have to be set up in the dinning/lounge or bedroom areas. Easy walking or quick drive to all the local shops, parks. If you need to wash you are welcome to use the installed washing machine for $5 per wash. Washing liquid and conditioner is supplied. Painting of the outside of the house has been completed on the front of the house, this is still to be completed on the sides and the back of the house. I have two dogs Milky is a white bichon frise mix and loves people and other pets to play with and then there is Pebbles a black Pomeranian mix which thinks everyone and animal was put on this earth to serve her. (very small dog syndrome). They will have their own yard which is completely fenced off from the house yard so if you like they can mix and play or stay completely apart no issues at all.
