Newly Renovated!! 7BR/6B SLEEPS 28 and Hot Tub!

Welcome to Bea’s Canyon Lodge, a historical house just 150 yards from the top of Main Street. This beautiful farm, family home sleeps 28 people with 3 Master rooms (2K,1Q) Recently remodel includes; hand scraped hickory flooring, new master, new stairs, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, kitchen remodel, new fixtures, and the whole house painted. Enjoy a new 8 person hot tub on the neck deck while soaking in the mountain air. This is the perfect home for your family’s Park City vacation!! The space This home is located 150 yards above Main Street. You can enjoy all of what Main Street has to offer without dealing with the parking madness! Enjoy several hiking and biking trails up the street 5 minutes! The hot tub holds 8 people and we have a grill to enjoy for those summer night family barbecues! Guest access The hot tub on the back deck is available for use. The upstairs queen master has a personal owners closet that is not for use. There is an owners shed outside that is also not for use. Everything else within the house and the yard is for use of the guests! Other things to note Please be respectful of the neighbors on our street. This is our family home and we spend much of our time here. This is not the St. Regis or Montage this is our family home we don’t replace something because of a little stain or mark. Everything is always cleaned properly..This is a premiere location and size home with one of the largest lots and homes in proper Old Town it is a historical home that dates back to the 1800s. Do not leave anything in the hot tub and do not spill any liquids in the hot tub. If this occurs, a fee request will be sent after your departure. Do NOT wear ski boots in the house. There are ski lockers in the basement, please utilize this space for your own ski gear! Do NOT clean the floors with anything besides water and a rag. If any damage is done to the floors, the damage will be assessed and a fee will be requested of you with a minimum of $1000 after your departure. Place all trash and recycle and their respected receptacles outside before departure. Put the dishes in the dishwasher and start, nothing should be in the sink. Strip all beds and leave sheets at foot of individual beds. Please do not start the wash - you will be charged if there are any linens damaged due to stains, missing or destroyed. You will also be charged $100 dollars for each piece of furniture moved from where it is suppose to be and was set by us. Snow removal we go over with y’all when needed but 4x4 is recommended in the winter and snow removal can start as early as 5am. We don’t not start clearing snow until roughly 4-6 inches has fallen and when we get big storms will this amounts can be more as plows companies don’t have capabilities to plow more than 2-3 times a day. If vehicles are not moved as requested for snow removal we will not remove snow. We also alway reserve an owners spot in the driveway and there is usually an extra vehicle left up there. The driveway easily accommodates 6-8 vehicles which is the largest residential parking you’ll find in old town.
