Cozy Studio steps from Ocean Park Beach!

Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants, perfectly located between McLeary Avenue & Loiza Street, right in the heart of Ocean Park. Nest Studio is situated in La Esmeralda Guest House. This studio features a spacious room, bathrooms, a work desk, hammocks, WIFI, a Smart TV, and more—a charming place to stay. The space Nest Studio is situated on the second level of La Esmeralda Guest House. Upon entering, you will have access to: The studio is located at the back of the house and features a King Size Bed, a spacious closet, hammock, air conditioning, a work desk, and a 55" Smart TV. The full bathroom for this room includes a standard shower and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner & shower gel, towels, etc...). Outside the studio, when you head down the stairs, you will find a private outdoor table and chairs next to the palm trees. Guest access Access to the property is through a gated door, for which we will provide you with codes. A keypad will grant you entry into the studio. We have three gated parking spots available on-site. If you'd like to reserve one of these spots for your stay, please contact your host, as this incurs an extra fee of $5 per day and is subject to availability Other things to note La Esmeralda is a place to sit back and relax. We've created a home where interaction with other guests is always possible through outdoor common grounds. Additionally, our property is equipped with a full power generator and water tanks to ensure availability in case of any emergency
