Take it easy at this unique and tranquil, spacious 3 bedroom,earth sheltered eco-cottage.Surrounded by natural forest,nestled on the banks of Lough Erne. You can sit,relax and watch the swans and water pass by,enjoy our forest walk,or perhaps climb the Mago Cliffs offering great panoramic views of the surrounding area,and explore Lough Navar Forest Park. Magho cottages has it's own slipway and protected bay providing access to the lough and waterways. Lots to see and do – Check out our guidebook The space Surrounded by acres of natural forest on the shores of Lough Erne, Magho Cottages are newly build adjoining, earth sheltered eco-homes hosting a rooftop wildflower garden. Tastefully decorated inside and out, complete with luxurious bed linens offering the perfect escape. Outside There is a large bespoke log picnic bench and chairs, and a fire pit for your enjoyment, a gas BBQ is available to you during the summer months on request… soak in the peaceful atmosphere on our picturesque log swing bench located by the shoreline. Watch the swans, ducks and the water pass by. We also have a slip way and protected mooring offering access to the lough and waterways for open water swimming, fishing, or launching your kayak. Ideal for water enthusiasts. Inside There are 3 very comfortable spacious bedrooms – A large master super-king bedroom with ensuite enjoying stunning lake views, a king bedroom with two skylights to observe the night sky and a twin room also with a fantastic lake view. A main bathroom, with bath, and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with stunning views of the water. There is a log burning stove, smart TV and super-fast Wifi. A travel cot is also available on request. Magho eco-Cottages are only a 7 minute drive from the historic village of Belleek which has a variety of eateries, shops, bars and restaurants. Check out our guide book for more information on lots to see and do in the area. Guest access Guest will have full access to the spacious 3 bedroom at 515 Magho Cottages. Full use of the outdoor areas, log swing bench, your own large bespoke reclaimed wooden picnic table and BBQ (on request), enjoy our short forest walk and if you feel inclined, use the lengthy shore line, slipway and protected mooring for use of the lake. Unfortunately the wildflower garden on the roof and the boat shed are off limits. Ample parking is available on the cottage drive way. There is no convenient public transport, so own car is a must to make the most of everything nearby. Highly secure property with external cameras, security lighting and a gate. Other things to note Sorry we do not allow pets on site. There is a farm beside the cottage where sheep and cattle frequently roam so we cannot accept pets. In addition, we have a family member who is severely allergic to pet hair so we have no flexibility with this rule. No smoking/vaping.
