Within our small Farm-Holidays Village of the 1600s, we have up to 9 self-APARTMENTS (4 Large, 2 Medium and 3 Small ones), each with private entrance & gardens. You can RENT FROM ONE to MORE APARTMENTS: ideal for large or smaller GROUPS. All the facility is surrounded by a huge private Park with POOL and other recreational facilities, in a very STRATEGIC LOCATION ! The space - Note: the above prices refers to ONLY 20 people ! (please ask us for different numbers of participants). --- agriturismo "Borgo Madonna degli Angeli" - Residence & Village --- Inside our small private "Borgo" (Farm Holidays Village) there are totally 9 self-APARTMENTS ON RENT (each one with its own space, its own entrance and private garden/terrace and absolutely its own PRIVACY) for a total of 30-35 persons. Not far from the apartments' area there is also a very small "Glamping" area (Glamor camping), always made with deep attention to our guests' "privacy" and taking care a lot of their exclusive spaces and distances. So other few additional beds is required. All the apartments have been recently renovated, but they are equipped with period furniture, have a kitchen-corner in the living rooms (or real kitchens in separate rooms), fireplaces or wood stoves (all with glass doors) - in addition to the normal radiator heating - and are also equipped with air conditioning. Also provided with all the equipments for the kitchen (including microwave) and free WiFi (with fast browsing). The entrance gardens or terraces are panoramic and independent and are furnished with outdoor tables and chairs (in addition to B.B.Q. and other services), always in the shade of beautiful patio. Each apartment, in addition to the living room and private bathroom (in some cases with the addition of ante-bathroom) has 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms (see "Small", "Medium" size or "Large" apartments). The main characteristic of the Farm-stay is its geographical position and very convenient road links. Ideally situated for excursions throughout this region of outstanding natural beauty (extremely rich of biodiversity and landscapes). FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO KNOW MORE … - FARM-HOLIDAYS & VILLAGE: our agriturismo has a very large park of 3 hectares (7,5 acres) all surrounding the 2 nearby cottages and one small Tower at its inside, in addition to a large farm all around (producing local vines, olive oil and other typical products). The main house is an historic building from the 1600s, belonged to the family itself. It’s characterized by particular Moorish arches and authentic atmosphere, it’s surrounded by precious original prehistoric Menhirs and small pieces of columns from Roman age, both coming from the area itself (which is also a small archeological site). All the spaces inside this country village, furnished with several outdoor equipments, are flat and full of plants, lawns and flowers typical of our Mediterranean climate, besides all the outside areas lighted also with scenographic lights. Some more attractions inside our farmhouse are given by our really friendly pets and small farm animals, which almost always move freely around the park and always are looking for petting … and maybe some food! - COMMON SERVICES & POOL: though being not far each other (ideal also for groups), all the apartments perfectly preserve their own privacy, quite and personal spaces. In the common area there are some free facilities as two small but charming pools (facing the nearby mountains), with an equipped and comfortable large solarium for enjoying the sun and relax in a quite atmosphere. Everywhere there is a good free Wi-fi connection (also inside all the apartments). Besides the personal patio/terrace and small gardens in front of each apartment, there are many very large outdoor areas for common use all around, ideal for reading or, if you like, meeting people. Among these a covered large living area with a small library equipped for relaxing, plus a really big charming tensile structure in a Moorish style with table tennis, football table and more. At its side we also have two volleyball courts and some mountain bikes (on rent). Also these areas are very well lighted, for an evening use. Two washing machines for common use are in the outside area (plus 5 personal ones inside the large apartments). - STRATEGIC LOCATION: we are very close to the high and wild mountains of two National Parks (very rich of history and nature), but just 30 minutes from the beaches (40 min. to reach 2 Marine Reserves), half an hour from Pescara (big commercial and tourist city), with its international airport (several low-cost flights for the major European capitals), and 1.5 h. to Rome (perfect for easy day trips - even with the possibility of direct buses which take 2 hours and cost only 12 €). Furthermore just a couple of minutes from restaurants (with prices agreed - the first one at only 350 meters !), supermarkets (starting from 600 meters) and shops and not far from characteristic medieval villages. So the location is the ideal place for those who love trekking in the nature or beaches, simply relax in a pleasant and welcoming facility, or enjoy the Abruzzo' food and wine specialties and its countless fascinating historic centers. - TOURIST ASSISTANCE: one of our best point is the deep knowledge of the territory and the personalized tourist information we love to give to our “curious” customers to better “discover this unknown and authentic region”. For our guests there is also a very complete library with several brochures, road maps and trekking maps in the main languages. We will do our best to make you feel at home ! Guest access Our guests, in addition to enjoying the privacy and freedom of their own independent apartment (all with private entrance and patio, or private terrace), can enjoy their small front gardens and share with the other customers only the large park of 3 hectares (that surrounds the whole structure), the pool area with its equipped large solarium and the recreational area (ping pong, table football, volleyball courts, etc.). Inside the farm there is also a private large parking area in the shade of tall old trees. Other things to note The price shown refers to ONLY 20 PERSONS (!), as this announcement relates to rental of GROUPS from 20 up to 30-35 people. Each additional person to the base of 20 people will have extra charges. The price is INDICATIVE (!) and is the result of an AVERAGE COST between the various apartment (Small, Medium and Large ones). Furthermore it is determined also by the number of additional beds required, children's age (maybe additional crib/cot, if needed, are at lower costs) and length of stay. Any EXTRA: - ELECTRICITY (air conditioning or electrical heating = 0,60 €/Kw (by reading the general electric meter of the apartment); - CLEANING & LINENS (bed and bathroom) = 50 € x Small - 60 € x Mid size - 70 € x Larges ones and 85 € for extra Large; - HEATING by radiators (optional - rates shown may be reduced according to the seasons and climatic trends !) = 15 €/night for small and mid. apartments and 20 €/night for large ones (with temperatures between 20° and 21,5°) - only 5€/night for those who prefer the "all-wood" (using fireplaces or wood burning stoves, where present); - EXTRA BEDS (additional to the one already booked). Regular bed = 15 €/night - baby bed or cot = 10 €/night - free for 3 years younger babies not requiring bed&cot and linens; - PETS accepted = 30 € flat rate per animal for extra cleaning (only by prior agreements and small size, sometimes also mid size when particularly docile); - Mountain bikes (only on prior request and if available) = 12 €/day - 60 €/week (-50% reduction for indoor use at the agriturismo & to the close supermarket). DISCOUNTS: - Free only for children under 3 years who do not require a cot/crib and linens; - Some discounts are possible depending on the Season (High, Mid or Low) and length of stay. SERVICES INCLUDED: The price includes everything (standard use): cooking gas, water, starting and final cleaning (no kitchenette - optional), weekly provide of linen (sheets and towels), firewood, use of recreational facilities (available seasonally and barring unforeseen circumstances or technical problems) - see below "Facilities". The price includes also some useful basic equipment to the "easy” use of the house and the kitchen (minimum quantities just for covering the first few days of holiday), such as: coffee and Italian moka machine, sugar, salt, matches, dishcloth, some products for cleaning dishes and floors, toilet paper, soap (no shampoo, shower gel), broom, dustpan. On request: hair dryer, kettle, toaster, iron and scales for luggages (for airplane). All the rest is easily available at the nearby supermarket (600 meters far away). FACILITIES: Exclusively for the use of the guests during summer times there are 2 small but charming pools (m. 8 x 4x h. 1,10 and m. 6 x 3x h. 0,80 depth) with solarium and a nice view on the surrounding mountains, sundeck chairs, sun beds, hammocks, sun umbrellas + free WiFi (fast browsing and no limits) + living area with table tennis, table foosball, 2 volley courts, BBQ and other outdoor facilities (see our web site) – all with night lighting. Mountain bikes on rent and on prior request. Where not already included inside the apartment, there is also a washing machine for common use (with extra charge for use). Tourist information, maps and guides in all the main languages. Besides standard kitchen equipement, in all apartments there are microwave or electrical ovens. Each apartment is provided with an indipendent self gas-heating system (controlled by a chronothermostat with 20°-21,5°), besides fireplaces or wood stoves (both with an efficient and charming glass door).
