Our cosy space offers tiny living with luxury. We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge . The space There is a bus stop right outside your door to catch into Corby town centre also meaning we are easy to reach. Corby offers good bus links to nearby towns including Oakham, Melton Mowbray and Peterborough and the train station offers routes to all major cities. Corby also has plenty of private hire taxis and black cabs. Kingswood is an ancient woodland and nature reserve managed by the Wildlife Trust, situated across the road from the property making it perfect if have brought your furry friend. The property is a ten-minute walk to the village of Great Oakley where there are well-established public right of way walks to nearby Newton and Geddington. The Spread Eagle pub (Marstons brewery) is around a ten minute walk from the property and offers traditional pub grub and a large beer garden,Dog friendly . There is also a local café nearby offering sit in or takeaway food, as well as a local shop which sells food essentials Guest access You have your own entrance that fully fenced and self check in, the court yard just for you. I may need to come though the court yard on bins days or to get something out the shed. Other things to note The TV does not have live TV programmes but it is a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube etc. If you need the heating on while you stay you have to contact me to turn it on,I have explained more on information sheet at flat or you can ask me about it if more information needed. There is a doorbell camera, that just covers the outdoor space and you welcome to view what we can see via it. Dog are very welcome so please add them on to the booking as there is a charge. I don't charge a cleaning fee or expect you to weed the court yard 😂just ask you to leave the flat how you found it please 😊
