The space cottage with kitchen, dry toilet, living room and two bedrooms. Large terrace facing north and garden in the south. Here you live privately. Opportunities for swimming & fishing. Guest access All areas. Other things to note House 49 is a cottage in the middle of the island Kårholmen. Kårholmen is available via municipal boat transport. Kårholmen is missing a grocery store. The nearest grocery store is on the neighboring islands of Donsö & Vrångö. Outdoor shower using garden hose that connects to sink in toilet. Set your temperature and take a refreshing shower in the garden. Note: At minus degrees, water is turned off but can be picked up in a plastic can at the arrival dock. Day trips are possible via the ferry. Neighboring islands offer restaurants, grocery store, sandy beaches & walking paths in nature reserves.
