Quiet and warm house.

For a pleasant stay in the heart of nature, we welcome you in a new, spacious house, located in the village of Brénod, 850 m above sea level, on the Hauteville/Brénod plateau. The space Less than 20 km from the Nordic Alpine ski resorts (Plans d'Hotonnes, Retord, Hauteville) Comfort assured with complete amenities: On the ground floor, equipped kitchen, living area/sofa bed, dining area, bathroom with toilet, Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds, 2 single beds and a toilet. Towels and sheets are provided. Cleaning fee at the end of the stay, 20 euros. Baby equipment upon request. Ski storage, bike storage. Private outdoor parking/2 cars. You will find basic shops in the village (bakery, grocery, newspapers, bar-tobacconist, cheese factory) Supermarket 10 km away (Hauteville) Activities depending on the season: skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, hiking, biking/mountain biking, fishing, outdoor swimming pool 5 km away (Champdor), indoor swimming pool 10 km away (Hauteville), Lake Nantua 20 km away. Access to the home via a box on one of the pillars of the house, containing the key to the front door. The code will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. (If not, or if I'm present when you arrive, I'll come and open it for you directly.) Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal apart from the garage. However, it can be made available but only on request and for the storage of bicycles, motorcycles, skis... because there is little space available. Other things to note I'm right next to the accommodation. The garden and the play area are part of my property and therefore it is possible that we share the play area (small children) House Rules: - No smoking inside the house. - Access to the floor in slippers only - Pets not allowed - Please empty your garbage in the public bins - Occupy the accommodation with respect for the owner and the neighborhood Thank you very much.
