Relax with your family in my charming & peaceful home in leafy Caringbah South. Walking distance to the shops & train station, or a quick drive to the beautiful Cronulla Beaches, my cosy 3 bedroom home is well appointed, has comfortable beds, beautiful gardens, a hot spa & outdoor hot shower for after a day at the beach. Small but secure backyard. Off street parking. Lovely walks all around, including the beautiful Camilla Gardens. You will have the full home to yourself and pets welcome! The space Sparkling clean home equipped with everything you’ll need for an enjoyable stay! Established tropical gardens surround the free standing, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom brick home. Level block, with driveway & off street parking, in a quiet residential, tree lined street, in the lovely Caringbah South. All 3 bedrooms have ceilings fans, & the living & office both have split air conditioning systems. Enjoy an evening BBQ & perhaps a spa too in the private & tropical courtyard. And most mornings you’ll wake to the lovely sound of birds singing, including Kookaburras & magpies. Guest access Access to my private home is via keyless entry. You will provided a unique entry door code a day prior to your arrival. Other things to note Length of stay discount is pre-set for 28 days = 20% PETS In order to ensure a pleasant experience, please note the following if considering bringing your pet. 1. Add pet/s to your booking. A small $60 charge is applicable. My home has a small secured backyard with a lot of garden & a tiny grassed area. There is ample grassed area on the front nature strips where you can take your dog for a leaded walk. I am open to 1 or 2 small to medium dogs or cats provided that they are: 🐾 Well behaved ie. does not dig, chew, destroy, scratch, bark excessively 🐾 Fully toilet trained 🐾 Not allowed in or on beds at all. 🐾 If on couch must have a pet cover to prevent dirt, odour or hair on my furnishings. Please clean up after your furbaby. I enjoy sharing my lovely little home with my guests & your comfort is my absolute priority, as is my neighbours comfort, which must be respected at all times.
