Residents enjoy well-kept grounds, five pools with spas, a clubhouse with a party room, and a fitness center. Walking paths meander through over 22 acres, creating an oasis feel. Just across the street is 'PV REIMAGINED,' with Phase One under construction, featuring a central park among dining, entertainment, and retail spots. Minutes from the Mayo Clinic, Costco, Target, Walmart, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, CVS, and many restaurants. Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee across the street. Guest access The entire condo is for you to enjoy. Guests will have access to all pools, Clubhouse and Fitness room while visiting Anasazi Village Condominiums. Other things to note Other things to Note: 1. Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details i.e. Make, Model, Color, License Plate and Terms of lease. 2. Guest also required to sign rental contract detailing HOA rules/regulations to adhere to during stay. 3. Electric bill is capped at $125.  Guest will be responsible for overage prorated for days used during the billing period. 4. Accidental rental insurance is included within the cleaning fee. 5. This unit is NOT pet friendly due to the owners preference. 6. Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee directly across the street from the complex.
