The Garden Flat offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of historic Dunkeld, a stone’s throw from the excellent local shops, cafes and historic buildings. It's s a recently repurposed private space, separate from the main house, furnished to a high standard, with exclusive access to a quiet cottage-style garden - the perfect place to relax after a day’s hill-walking or sightseeing. Licence number PK13102F The space This spacious flat is open plan with well equipped kitchen, dining area with table and four chairs, two super-comfy armchairs around a wood burning stove. There is a recessed, curtained off bedroom area with double bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Bedding and towels are included, as are toiletries and some kitchen essentials. There is free Wi-Fi and a TV (with access to Netflix, etc.) The French windows open onto a paved patio with comfy seats, which looks out onto the well-maintained walled garden. There is also a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The egg chair has a cushion which is stored under the bed when it’s raining. Guest access There is shared entrance from the street, with separate door to the main house, and eight steps leading down to the garden flat (with handrail). There is a storage area for bikes.
