Newport Coast is perfect for a family escape close to the beach and many Southern California attractions. Room for up to 8 (2 private rooms & 2 pullout beds), kitchen, laundry, multiple pools, hot tubs, gyms and outdoor games. The condos have everything you need, just pack your clothes and suits. Convenient shuttles take you to the beach (5 minutes to Crystal Cove St. Park which is 3 miles of beach) and shopping (15 minutes to Fashion Island). Must book all open consecutive nights. The space Each unit at the Marriott Newport Coast Villas are 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom villas with full kitchen, in unit laundry, one large bathtub, dining space and patio. No units are larger / smaller that others. Guest access Once booked via AirBnB, I will add your info to the booking I have already secured. This is a timeshare unit and must be booked separately by us (owners) prior to renting. For this reason, any inquiries for booking should know that all open nights displayed by the AirBnB app must be booked as we have already booked those nights. Building #, location and views are not guaranteed, but most are great. Once you are added to the reservation, I will email you a copy. You can then check-in to the front reception desk on your arrival. They will provide you room keys and instructions for the property.
