The perfect base to create memories all year round!" The space ENTRY LEVEL (The "Upper" House): Due to the natural slope of the land, the entrance is on the upper level. You will find yourself in an impressive, high-ceilinged open space under the traditional tiled roof, featuring: A fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A living room with comfortable sofas around the stone fireplace. A 43" Smart TV with Internet and a small, practical half-bath (WC). A traditional balcony with unobstructed views of the fir-covered mountains and the Potamia valley. LOWER LEVEL (Sleeping Area): The internal wooden staircase leads down to the second level, designed for absolute quiet: Two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom and a 32" TV. The master bedroom features its own balcony and direct access to a PRIVATE PATIO, for the exclusive use of the maisonette guests. Option to add a folding bed (80x180) upon request. COMFORT & WARMTH: Heating is autonomous on each floor. We use a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly pellet boiler, ensuring an ideal temperature and abundant, continuous hot water 24/7. (PLEASE NOTE: The paved courtyard on the lowest level and the parking are shared areas with the Suite). Guest access FULL ACCESS: During your stay, you have exclusive use of all indoor and outdoor areas of the Maisonette (living room, kitchen, bedrooms, balconies, and private patio). LAUNDRY & UTILITY ROOMS: The storage room (where the washing machine is located) and the boiler room remain closed for safety reasons. However, they are accessible upon request if you need to use the laundry facilities or for the simple pellet boiler refill process during longer stays. SELF CHECK-IN: We offer total arrival flexibility via a lockbox system. You will receive detailed instructions and your access code shortly before arrival. FREE PARKING: We provide a free parking area for two cars right outside the entrance, which is shared with the guests of the ground-floor suite. Other things to note FIREPLACE & WOOD: We provide free firewood for the traditional fireplace in the living room, so you can enjoy the mountain warmth without any restrictions. PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: We offer free parking for two cars in the paved area in front of the house, shared with the guests of the suite. We kindly ask you to park your vehicle as close and parallel to the house wall as possible. Due to the narrow road, it is essential to leave enough space for the local residents' trucks to pass through safely. HEATING & AUTONOMY (PELLETS): The house features central heating with a pellet boiler. For stays exceeding 3-4 days (during very cold periods), to ensure your absolute autonomy, you might need to refill the 145lt pellet hopper yourselves.
