Additional amenities include a bi-level outdoor deck off the dining room, forest/nature views, gas fire place, two Floyd sectionals in the living room, laundry, high speed wifi, Smart TV, board games/puzzles, digital front door keypad, two car garage with attached room for ski & golf bag drop. If you're feeling hungry, the kitchen is fully stocked for everyday cooking. Dishes, pots and pans, baking sheets, silverware, utensils, drinking and wine glasses. Dishwasher, 5 burner gas range, crockpot, electric kettle and a 14 cup coffee maker are available for guest use. With 4 spacious bedrooms, everyone is guaranteed a good night’s sleep! The Master Bedroom has a Casper Queen mattress and is located on the main floor next to a full bathroom (standing shower). Upstairs there are 3 rooms and a second full bathroom (shower and bath tub). Bedroom 2 has a Queen and Bedroom 3 has a Full bed. Bedroom 4 is our bunk room with 2 Full beds and a Twin trundle bed; this room also has a desk for our guests who need space to work. Also included: bed linens, plush pillows, fans, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, closet hangers. Come morning, step out the sliding glass door in the dining room to enjoy your morning coffee amidst the fresh air and forest scenery! This is a quiet neighborhood and we ask our guests to respect not only our home but our neighbors as well. Quiet time is 10pm, this means no music outside, low music volume inside, no loud voices coming from deck. Our neighbors live here year round so we ask that all renters are conscious of this. We have poured our hearts and souls into this home.
