You’ll love my place for its coziness, high ceilings, the first block by beach and water views. My place is ideal for couples and families (with kids). We do not allow pets of any kind. Recent updates: new refrigerator, keyless entry, new towels and sheets, new king mattress in master **Absolutely NO smoking or pets. NO prom, wedding, bachelor/ette, or church groups, events or parties. The space Our house is 400 ft from the sandy beach of private Pirate's Beach in Galveston, TX. One of the most distinguishing features is its large rooftop deck with breathtaking water views. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except a few locked closets. All linens are cleaned in hot water with bleach. All beds are made by housekeepers. There is a washer and dryer ground level also. Bring all your own supplies including, but not limited to: dish soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, coffee filters (traditional style, not cone), beach towels (provided towels may not be taken from the home or used at the beach), beach chairs, charcoal, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, foil, kitchen trash bags. A limited supply of some of these items may be available. Other things to note Early check in or late departure will incur a $50 per hour fee. A signed rental agreement and copy of valid driver's license will be required prior to booking confirmation (minimum renter age is 30). The primary guest must be the account holder. No reservation can be made for someone else. Tampering with security system or external cameras, evidence of pets, smoking or parties will result in immediate eviction and loss of all money paid including damage deposit.
