ARE YOU READY TO RELAX!Spacious mini home nestled back on 40 acres of privacy. 15 minutes from the new Spooky Nook sports complex, and only minutes away from Miami U! Enjoy relaxing under the gazebo or enjoy the shared pool. Bring your fishing poles (catch and release only) if you'd like to relax and do some fishing while the ducks swim in the pond. Enjoy grilling at the gazebo or there are several restaurants in the area. The inside is spacious enough to relax after your long day out. The space Walk-in ready, one bedroom one bathroom set in a perfect countryside setting just outside Cincinnati. Enjoy the quiet scenic views as soon as you drive in. You will see ducks in a pond, birds to watch, we have farm fresh eggs from our chickens. You may even hear Vern, our rooster, every once in a while. The kitchen and bath are stocked for your convenience. We are conveniently located 10 minutes from Oxford, where Miami University is located. 20 minutes from Hamilton, Colerain, and Harrison. 20 minutes from I 275 and I 74. If you are looking for the boating/ canoe thing we are 25 min from Brookville lake/ Morgan canoe, in Indiana. You are invited for a guest house stay spacious enough for a couple or 2 people, originally built as a mother-in-law's suite. Updated interior and home furnishings, inside and out. Relax when you arrive away from city congestion and busy traffic as we are tucked away in a rural setting. Don't be concerned if you here gun shots, there is a shooting range 2 streets over and can be heard pretty clear, we are in the country!! We prepared your stay comfortably, whether you want to stay for a weekend or a month. We are located not too far from shopping outlets and some of my favorite local restaurants. I have some favorites. Just ask me. Guest access LETS GO FISHING 🎣 Feel free to use the pond the patio grill and swimming pool. Note the swimming pool is shared by other guests and our family. Any of the yard, bring your own fishing poles and fish in the stocked pond if you like, catch and release only. *hot tub is not available* Outside designated parking. No access to building equipment or garages Other things to note PLEASE SEE DINING ROOM PICTURES FOLLOW THEM IN ORDER AND IT'LL TAKE YOU RIGHT TO THE UNIT. THERE WAS NOT A CATEGORY FOR DRIVEWAY OR ENTRANCE SO I STUCK THEM IN DINING ROOM. Feel free to feed the ducks, bread is their favorite. Melvin is the white Pekin duck. If you are a bird watcher there are five feeders. All kinds of woodpeckers and others to enjoy.
