McKenzie River Studio Cabin Plus

On the McKenzie River - rustic studio cabin with small extra bonus room. Hot tub, covered wood deck, and outdoor fire pit. The space Our small studio cabin on the Mckenzie River is perfect for 2-3 guests. This rustic cabin has been fixed up and includes a bit of the old and new, including a king size bed, convertible sofa, TV with streaming services and DVD, and cowboy hot tub. The main room has a new king bed and mattress next to a wood-burning stove. The other side of the cabin offers a small room with a convertible sofa, armchair, and TV with streaming services connected to WiFi. The sofa converts to a bed (best for people under 6 feet tall) and there are extra sheets and blankets.  Outside there is a large elevated and covered deck with river views and an outdoor dining table. The riverbank is steps away for soaking your feet or casting a line. A small kitchenette with a two burner cooktop, coffee station with pour-over and a drip machine, microwave, toaster, blender, and full-size sink works for basic meal prep (please note there is no oven.) The small bath works for a few guests and offers a shower, small vanity, and plenty of towels for 3 guests. The "cowboy" hot tub is perfect for 1-2 people. See photo. (If you want to use it in winter months --November through February--please give 5 days advance notice and pay the additional fee of $30) This is one of 2 small cabins that are next to each other on the property. They can be rented individually or together. Each cabin has its own parking, wood deck, and outdoor space. Guest access The parking space is just inside the driveway entrance. From the road drive in and down. The space is immediately on the left. Other things to note This is a small, rustic old studio cabin. The King bed is in the main room with the wood-burning stove. The small bonus room is on the other end of the cabin, and we've made that into the TV room with a convertible sleeper - it has a door. Consider this before booking if you have guests in your party that require more privacy. 3 is the maximum guest limit. We stock oil, salt and pepper, coffee, sugar, and powdered creamer. We don't provide paper towels but we have plenty of dish towels. There is a small grocery store nearby. Most pets are allowed but please ask first. One pet please. $35 pet fee. RURAL AREA - ELECTRIC AND INTERNET SERVICE: Please note that the cabin is in a rural area and services such as electric and internet are sometimes temporarily unavailable. This can impact your ability to use appliances, internet, and the hot tub.
