Fulham, glorious Fulham!

Lovely Fulham terrace house located in a quiet street in the safe & affluent neighbourhood known as the "Bury Triangle". The house is newly renovated & equipped with all the modern technologies. It is one of the most stylish houses in the area. With the River Thames & the infamous Chelsea being a stone's throw away the area boasts one of the best amenities in town. Excellent transportation network includes buses, Underground, Overground and the railway plus the river boats. The space The private room is suitable for up to two people but more comfortable with a single occupancy. It is very quiet with a nice study area overlooking the back garden. The private bathroom is dedicated to guests only. There is 24/7 hot water supply in the property. Guest needs to note though, that due to the hot water tank being located in the basement whereas the guest bathroom is 3 levels up, the hot water tap may take a minute or so to allow hot water to be pumped up. This is mostly during cold winter days. For health and safety reasons, in particular potential allergy hazards, the kitchen is not for sharing and access is by host invitation only. The host will carryout daily light house keeping for the bathroom and bedroom such as taking away the rubbish, closing windows/blinds to ensure no rain water coming in, to keep good insulation in winter or to prevent room from over heating in the summer. In addition, there is a cat called Ollie ( short for Oliver Twist) lives in the property. Ollie is a rescued cat. He was abandoned after the lockdown (hence the name). He is friendly. He is yet to come to the realisation that he can put his days behind him when he had to charm strangers for a meal. Ollie however, understands if the guest prefers no visiting from him! Laundry services are available at guest’s request. There will be a small fee to cover the basic cost. Small amount of hand wash such as lingerie/handkerchief are permitted. However, guest should request a drier to be put in the bathroom only. No visitors are permitted at all times. Guest access The room is situated on the top floor. Guests must therefore be able to use the stairs. Checking in time is from 3pm and checking out is by 11am. For same day booking the checking in time may vary slightly pending on the host’s availability to receive guest(s). During your stay I will greet all guests in person upon arrival and see them off at checking out. We will exchange contact details for communication during guest’s stay. Tea and coffee will be offered to guests in the morning from 7:30am to 9am. Other things to note Instant booking facilities are available only to guests who have a completed airbnb profile including a clear profile photo and with good airbnb track record ie positive reviews. The host reserves right to evict guests who are intoxicated by drugs and/or alcohol or breach the house rules. No visitors are permitted. 3rd party booking is normally not accepted unless pre-agreed. The host reserves the right to refuse bookings made by guests without an Airbnb history and good reviews (4.5+ rating). The property is not suitable for children under 16 years old. Long term booking ie greater than 10 days need to be pre-agreed with the host. The accommodation is not suitable for Working From Home. It is the guest’s responsibility prior to booking to check any potential allergy hazards including airborne nut allergy.
