Welcome to our bright and cozy studio suite. Central to all amenities such as restaurants, shopping, casino, ski hills, and access to U.S.A. border. Our unit includes: 1 queen bed (twin air mattress can be provided with a fee),seating area, 3 piece washroom, tvs with 3 streaming services, kitchenette with induction burner and pans, airfryer/toaster oven, microwave, dishes, cooking essentials, coffee & tea bar, snacks/breakfast items, outdoor seating, and free driveway parking for 1 vehicle. Guest access This private suite is for you to enjoy as well as your own outdoor seating area to look at that lovely New Brunswick/ Maine view :) Other things to note A Few Things to Know Before You Book We (the hosts) live on the floor above the suite with our toddler and 6-year-old. We do our best to keep noise to a minimum, but as this is an older home, you may hear us at times. If you prefer absolute quiet, this may not be the best fit for you. (Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) When booking, please indicate whether there will be 1, 2, or 3 guests so we can provide enough towels and for safety purposes. A twin air mattress can be provided for a 3rd guest, or for a 2nd guest for an additional $15. A pack-and-play for infants is available at no extra cost—please request this when booking. If you have allergies, let us know when booking so we can do our best to accommodate you. You’ll find signs around the unit with helpful information. Please also review our house rules before your stay. For summer stays: A dehumidifier will be running for comfort, but you are welcome to turn it off if the sound bothers you. An in-window A/C unit is available—feel free to adjust or turn it off as you wish. Please note: The property is undergoing outdoor renovations—thank you for your patience with any temporary mess.
