Access keys and parking remote provided with a $80 deposit. The space House is centrally located between Media district, BUR airport, Burbank Town center, Burbank downtown. You will receive a key to your room and house. Household is smoke free, drugs free and pet free. Quiet and private room, private bath is in a Cute single story bungalow near Airport and out of flight route so no flights noise. Laundry only for 5 and up days of bookings. Inside the room you will find: Full Size Bed, Dresser, Rolling drawer, Night Lamp, Desk Chair, Night stand(please assemble parts inside closet), Closet, Iron, Hairdryer, Reusable grocery bags, Extra pillows, Extra Comforters, Area Rug, Weighted blanket, House slippers, Laundry Basket, Sheets, Blankets & Towels. Guest access Keys to your room, house, parking remote will be provided with $80 deposit. Welcome to use kitchen, dining table, drawing room, yard and please maintain it clean. kitchen is equipped with Microwave, Fridge, Toaster Oven, Gas Range etc. Sorry no concierge services or bed breakfast service available. Please pickup after yourself and be respectful of the amiable environment. Other things to note You will be arriving to a clean room and responsible for returning a clean room. Things happen so ask for cleaning supplies or professional cleaner recommendation if you need to schedule professional cleaner. Deposit will be refunded when you return a clean room, keys and gate remote.
