The space Our property is a fully renovated and modernized house, perfect for families or groups of friends visiting the Philadelphia area. With plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Inside the house, you'll find a spacious and open floor plan that includes a living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The dining area features a large table that seats up to six people, making it a great spot for meals or game nights. The house also features three bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a second bathroom. All bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind, with soft linens, plenty of pillows, and cozy blankets. Outdoors, you'll find an enclosed yard with a new patio and fence, offering you a private space to enjoy the beautiful weather. The patio is furnished with outdoor seating and a grill, making it the perfect spot for a summer BBQ or just lounging outside with a good book. Overall, our property is a modern and comfortable home away from home that has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Guest access The entire home will be rented to you. The outdoor patio contains a Weber BBQ grill and a propane gas patio heater. There is complete access to the basement and the backyard patio seating area. Other things to note HOUSEKEEPING: We will release your key less entry codes at the scheduled 4:00 pm check-in time. However, please be aware that housekeeping may need to be on premises until as late as 6:30 pm to do a thorough cleaning job at your property during our busier check-in times. 1. Early Check In - $40 for up to 2 hours early check-in (4pm) 2. Late Checkout - $40 for up to 2 hours after checkout (10am) 3. No Smoking and No Pets – Minimum $300 charge for smoking/pets plus any additional charges 4. Guests are expected to bag their trash properly before leaving. 5. No Unauthorized Guests Allowed – You are not permitted to have guests that are not listed in the reservation. Special situations (ie. Local friend stopping by) need to be communicated with your host. You are responsible for each guest not cleared by the host. $40/person over the reservation amount in the home. 6. No Parties – we do not authorize parties at our home. Noise complaints from neighbors, having unauthorized guests that cause damage or “trashing” the home may result in fines up to $500 7.
