This 4-bedroom house, located in a condominium in the Nature Reserve, has endless unique features. The Moroccan/rustic style and absolute comfort stand out, the cane ceilings painted in pastel tones and the street area that, even in winter, pulls us there. The house is located in the countryside, in a nature reserve and as such in a rural area, without construction, tar or pollution :) It offers the possibility of outdoor walks, birdwatching and other outdoor activities The space The space is rustic, with careful decoration and excellent quality. The rooms are spacious, the mattresses and pillows are all sanitized and comfortable. Staying with us in the 4 seasons of the year is an option, with different experiences and activities in each season of the year, but in all of them you can count on a space surrounded by nature and far from the confusion and noise of the city. We are 40 minutes from Lisbon and the beaches (about 3 to 6 km - maximum 10 minutes (depending on the entrance to the property) - on a country road/dirt road). Guest access Guests have access to the independent house and garden (private) as well as the pool that is shared with the other 5 houses in the condominium, although in the summer months the condominium is usually not at 100% of its capacity. Condominium rules must be followed at all times and in all spaces. Other things to note The house must be well cared for and preserved by our guests. The maximum occupancy of the house is 6 guests in total (including the person who booked and all children). For special requests, you must inform us in advance how many extra guests there are, the ages of each guest, and pay the daily fee for each extra guest.
