The space Welcome to our beautifully renovated bungalow nestled in a tranquil rural area with beautiful mountain views of the Caucasus. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living room that leads to all other areas of the house. The front porch offers a perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and a stylish olive green color scheme, featuring a wood top. The bathroom is spacious and offers a shower and a washing machine. The toilet is located in a separate room for added privacy. The bungalow offers 3 bedrooms, 2 of which feature double beds and 1 with 2 single beds, accommodating the property able to host up to 6 guests. All bedrooms have their own AC, nightstands, beautiful bedframes, and small closets to store clothes and personal items. The bedrooms are styled in a calm, soothing color scheme, with accent walls made of years old oak, used for the production of local brandy. The bedrooms have big windows, allowing plenty of natural light to flood the rooms. The wooden floors, doors and the accent walls give the property a rustic and cozy atmosphere. Guest access As our guest, you will have access to the entire bungalow, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and the bedrooms. The only area of the house that will not be accessible to guests is the technical room. The bungalow is yours to enjoy and make yourself at home during your stay. Other things to note Please note that this property is located in the countryside of Georgia. As such, you may encounter bugs, mosquitoes, and other insects. Despite having screens on all windows, some insects might still find their way inside. Additionally, while rare, there may be partial or full power outages due to bad weather or high electricity usage. This is common throughout Georgia and can be inconvenient. For such situations, we provide battery-powered lights with a power bank function to charge your phone. You can find these lights on the fridge. As we’re not connected to the main water grid, our water comes from a private 60-meter-deep well and undergoes thorough filtration with multiple filters and two UV treatments. This process results in very soft water, which may feel different and look slightly unclear due to natural minerals. Rest assured, it’s lab-tested and safe for washing, brushing teeth, and showering. However, we recommend using bottled water for drinking, as is generally advised for travelers throughout Georgia, where tap water may not meet Western standards.
