This 4 bed, 2 full bath is located in Richmond, VA in the safe and quiet neighborhood of Lakeside. Located centrally, you are only minutes away from all that Richmond has to offer! The home features an outdoor fire pit w/ Adirondack chairs, backyard patio seating, fenced yard, grill, indoor fireplace, and other unique amenities. The space The living space includes Free High Speed WIFI and dedicated work spaces w/ monitors, a washer and dryer, 3 Smart TVs (Two 50 in, One 55 in), high chair/foldable crib for children and board games for the whole group. The Kitchen features a family sized fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, Keurig Coffee maker + pods, reusable and disposable dishes, paper towels and trash bags. In each of the 4 spacious bedrooms you will be welcomed with comfortable mattresses adorned with beautiful soft white linens that are complimented with fans. In the two upstairs bedrooms you will find dedicated workspace with extension cords, & monitors w/ multi plug in adaptors. Additional amenities include: iron and board, keyless entry, outdoor dining area, cleaning supplies for both humans and our furry friends (because we know mistakes happen!), & so much more. Bedroom 1 (2nd Floor): King Size Bed (Sleeps 2), Dedicated Workspace, 50in Smart TV, 24 inch Monitor + Desk Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): King Size Bed (Sleeps 2), Dedicated Workspace, 50in Smart TV, 32 inch Monitor + Desk Bedroom 3 (1st Floor): Queen Size Bed (Sleeps 2), Bedroom 4 (1st Floor): Full Size Bed (Sleeps 1/2) OPTIONAL SLEEPING: Living Room (1st Floor): Two 94 inch couches Additional Blow-Up Mattress: Queen Size (Sleeps 2) Our 2 Full-Sized Bathrooms feature bath towels, hand towels, dedicated makeup towels and assortment of complimentary toiletries. Once you have freshened up in the bathroom, you can slip into the plush bathrobes to complete your full relaxation experience. Guest access Electronic lock on the front door for easy access. Each guest will receive a personalized pin for their stay. *NOTE* Lock PIN will set at check-in and will reset at check-out. PIN will be sent to guests through the messaging system. There are security cameras placed at the front of the house and the back of the house for your safety as guests and our safety as hosts. Other things to note RULES: NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. No smoking allowed on premise. No illegal substances allowed on the premise. Dogs/Cats allowed. (Maximum: 2) Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. No unregistered guests allowed. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet Hours: 9:30 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. NOTE: NO LOUD MUSIC OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. The houses in this neighborhood are close to each other and we want to respect our neighbors privacy. Feel free to rock out in the house (within reason!). Please turn the AC (April-November) to 72 or Heat to 66 (November-April) when leaving the house. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Check-in 3:00 p.m. Check-out 10:00 a.m. Please take extra care of any extra keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. Please take care of the furnishings. You will have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
