Please remember that you are staying in a community where many people live year-round. It is important that you are respectful and follow the same rules as residents. Please read and abide by the following: • The base guest count for booking is 10. A nightly fee of $20 applies for each additional guest. • To preserve our beautiful dark skies, please turn off all exterior lights when you are inside for the night. • Community rules limit parking to a maximum of 3 licensed vehicles and 2 licensed non-motorized trailers per property. • The home is not equipped with central air conditioning, but the cool mountain evenings typically keep it comfortable. • We provide a smart TV with streaming capabilities. Please note there is no cable service, so you will need to use your own logins for apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc.
