Small guest house in the countryside / apartment

Welcome to Holstein Switzerland! Our small guest house, cozy and well equipped. Enjoy the rural idyll, away from the city. A small courtyard invites you to relax and barbecue. The beautiful and well-tempered pool offers both swimming relaxation and cooling off in the appropriate weather. In case of bad weather, the entertainment program in Fire TV is included with various streaming apps. Good location - big cities are quickly reached. The space Cozy 1-room cottage, equipped with: - 🛏️ Comfortable sofa bed with an additional thick topper (140x200 cm) for more flatness and comfort; fitted with sheets (incl.) - Duvet and pillow are provided. - Covers available for a small usage fee. Please ask for them! - 👶🏻 Travel cot for baby or children up to 3 years old; will be set up upon request. Also with an extra mattress inside; fully covered (with moisture protection + sheets). Without bed linens! - 🔌💡Light and USB charging sockets by the bed - TV with Fire TV Stick (free use of 📺streaming apps: Netflix, RTL+, Disney+, Amazon Prime) - 🍽️🪑Dining table with toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Space for 2 people + toddler. Also a good place to work, including with a 💻laptop; LAN cable is provided! 🍳🥄🥘🍴Kitchen area: - 2-burner induction stove, range hood, sink - 🥐🍟🍕🥯🍜 3-in-1 microwave with oven and other functions (e.g., pizza, fries, rolls, casseroles, etc.) Ninja Foodi MAX Dual Zone Air Fryer, 9.5 L, 6-in-1 + parchment paper - ❄️ Fridge-freezer - 🫖 Kettle and teapot - ☕️ Coffee machine with thermos and complimentary coffee (one coffee can filling) - 🍽️ Crockery and cutlery - 🥩 🍢BARBECUE in the courtyard - 🧺 A washer and dryer are available in the house. They can be used for a small fee 💶. We are also happy to do the work for you, by arrangement. ;-) 🚿Small shower room: - Shower (set of bath towels and hand towels, as well as pool bath towels, available for a small usage fee 💶 - Please ask for them!) - Toilet and sink - shower gel and soap provided - Hair dryer ⛱️ In the courtyard, the terrace: there is a table with two chairs, a bench BBQ Dog bed + bowls (dogs are charged a one-time fee of €30 per stay) 🌊 Pool area: There is a table with two folding loungers and a sunshade Sunbeds by the pool Outdoor faucet Guest access - Guest house for guests only - Private courtyard with terrace and barbecue - Pool is occasionally used by us or our children - but left to the guests alone during their stay - Property is mostly fenced - (courtyard door should be kept closed closed! Because of dogs and children) - We use our own terrace and garden area, which is delimited by a fence Other things to note We have children of different ages and 2 large dogs, but they do not have access to the guest area. We are non-smokers. Smoking is allowed outdoors only! Laundry service is available at extra cost. The heated pool is available from May to approx. October. This requires permanent outside temperatures of over 12 degrees Celsius. We live in the countryside, nice and quiet - feel free to check out the location on GMaps beforehand! Nearby cities can only be reached by car in 10 minutes.
