This is a historic place that was born out of a fire in 1906 and rebuilt in 1907 as the dry goods store. The open floor plan is 1400 feet of room to relax and there is even more to explore in this water front neighborhood. Boaters and fishermen love this place. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance even more within a short drive. There are multiple public boat access points within minutes. We also have plenty of parking space for your vehicles, boats and trailers. The space This space is the entire second floor of the majestic historic building. There is plenty of natural light and space to relax in. The original hardwood floors will welcome your tired feet after a long day of exploring the water front community. Guest access There is plenty of parking and you can easily pull your cars and boat trailers through without backing in. We can easily handle 2 boats and trailers at any time but if you think you may need extra space please contact us for help. Other things to note The best things about this location: it is located at the north shore of Anchor Bay, a water wonderland of Lake St. Clair. Travel east for a scenic ride along the Saint Clair River and do some freighter watching. Travel west to the bustling small town of New Baltimore. Don't want to travel just go out the door for a wonderful local dinner and entertainment.
