Linen, towels and basic toiletries are included. The downstairs area has a spacious lounge with TV & DSTV, dining room and a built in bar and covered patio for entertaining. The house has a fully fitted spacious kitchen with all the appliances, crockery and cutlery that you may need. The scullery is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer. The house has a lock-up garage, automated front gate, an alarm with trellidoors security gates on all windows and doors for your safety and peace of mind. The outside of the house has a large covered patio with braai facilities overlooking a rim flow swimming pool a spacious well manicured garden with views of the sea. The garden leads directly onto the beach via a private gate through the admiralty reserve. Pets are most welcome to join you at house to make your holiday so much more complete and enjoyable. Ramsgate is an excellent holiday destination with the blue flag beach of Ramsgate and the world famous Waffle House a picturesque safe 20 minute walk along the coastline pathways or a 2 minute drive away. Great fishing spots and sheltered beaches are directly in front of the house with some excellent scuba diving spots and all shops and amenities nearby.
