Gas oven and cooktop, dishwasher and full-sized fridge/freezer. There is an additional chest freezer located in the laundry too. A kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, sodastream and Nespresso (including pods) are also included. The essentials such as oil, salt & pepper, sugars, flours, and tea are also provided. LIVING/DINING Enjoy some takeaway food or something you’ve whipped up in the kitchen whilst listening to your own music via the stereo or relax on the couch (Also easily converts to a double bed) with a glass of wine and have a night in watching a movie on the 49” HD Smart TV. The space also has a central climate-controlled heating and air-conditioning system, perfect for all seasons of Melbourne. BEDROOM 1 The main bedroom has a king size bed with quality linen and has a built in wardrobe, bed side tables with alarm clocks (c/w usb charging points) and a tallboy cupboard. This room also has a daybed that could accommodate a child if required or simply used to relax and read a book on. BEDROOM 2 The second bedroom includes two king single beds with quality linen and a built-in wardrobe. On request, the two beds can be pushed together to make a king sized bed. This room also has a dedicated work space. BATHROOM Start and end your day in the cosy, luxurious bathroom, fitted out with a large shower head, temperature controller hot water, underfloor heating for the colder months, luxury towels, and organic cleansing products (soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner). LAUNDRY The externally located laundry has a washing machine complete with steam refresh option and a heat pump dryer located below the benchtop. Washing capsules are provided. The iron and ironing board are also located in here. We also have a large chest freezer for those staying longer. BACKYARD The sun filled backyard is completely secure and private, this beautiful green space is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, an afternoon glass of wine or cook on the BBQ. There is ample seating provided that is well positioned to see the outdoor TV. INTERNET High Speed NBN internet provided. PARKING If you intend to bring your car, we have roller door access from the rear of the property. You will need to first enter the property from the front door in order to access the roller door control. Alternatively, a parking permit is available upon request. Parking is located on the street. Maximum 1 permit available. GUEST ACCESS Our home has its own street access, so you can come and go privately. Check-in is automated and a unique self check-in code will be provided before your arrival. Only one set of keys will be provided. Other things to note Our home is on a residential street in Cremorne conveniently located only a short stroll away from Swan St and Church St and has several public transport options. This is urban living at its best, with all the amenities that go with it. If you are booking for an extended stay you may need to water the indoor and backyard plants. This will only take a couple of minutes every few days, but we love our garden and hope that you will too. By booking through Airbnb, you confirm that you will adhere to and respect our policies by only having those registered on the premises. Please note that failure to follow our house rules and requests will result in guests being kindly asked to leave, with no refund.
