Rent the entire Villa with both units: Sapala 1 & Sapa The space ----- The base rate has been deliberately set lower, to make it affordable for smaller families to rent the property. However, each guest over 4+ are charged an additional daily fee of $40 per guest, up to a maximum of 13 guests. ----- You will be renting the entire property with a private pool, which sits on a 0.8 acre land facing the ocean and consists of two units: (a) Sapala 1: an upstairs/main unit with 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, a large open kitchen / living / dining area and a gameroom on the loft. All bedrooms are of the same size and each has a big bathroom with double vanity sink and an empty closet space with hangers for your use. (b) Sapala 2: a downstairs/poolside unit with 1 bedroom/1bathroom, a full kitchen with living / dining area and a stacked washer/dryer unit. The two units have separate entrance and are NOT connected internally to each other.
