Independent studio ideally located 10 minutes from Aix-les-Bains and Lake Bourget, 25 minutes from Annecy and close to the ski resorts (alpine and Nordic) of Semnoz, La Féclaz and Revard, 30 minutes away. Located in the heart of the village of La Biolle, the accommodation is 1 km from the bakery and 300 m from a supermarket. You will also find restaurants, a wine bar, the village is also served by a home delivery service. Hiking and biking trails nearby. The space Brand new studio with an area of 20 m² adjoining our home with independent entrance. Located on the ground floor, you will have free parking fully secured in the enclosed area of the villa. You will have an independent plot (enclosed garden) allowing you to enjoy outdoor dining. A barbecue and deckchairs are available for occupants. Children are also safe to play. The studio is composed of: - a fitted and equipped kitchen: ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave oven, fridge – freezer, Dolce Gusto machine - a dining area with a table and two chairs (2 folding stools available in addition) - a living room with TV and sofa - the sleeping area: quick convertible sofa (quick and practical solution allowing you to transform the sofa into a bed in seconds) - a bathroom with toilet, shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail Other things to note ❗️PETS PROHIBITED❗️ ❗️Linens are provided ONLY for bookings longer than 3 nights.
