We purchased the house in spring 2021. We are slowly making improvements to the house inside and out, in between renter dates. Starting with mattress covers, pillow covers, new bedding and new bath towels. Air conditioning through out whole house. (These improvements will not affect the use of any of our rental property.) We look forward to questions, comments, and advice; from our renters....and what improvements they look forward to on return visits. ****NEW for 2022, is a new fireplace, a new grill, and new brick fire pit. 2023 new generac generator Guest access We have parking for three at our rental, including inside and outside the garage. We are located In big Creek Association, where our house is lakefront and alongside the creek also. (Guests are not allowed to use association docks) We have a mooring, for guests to moor their boat overnight/with prior permission. The roads in and around our association provide light and slow traffic, making it perfect for walking jogging biking and golf carts. Other things to note We provide a mooring, if you bring your own boat; in the shallow waters in front of our house. The boat can stay moored overnight. (With prior permission) (The private dock is for association members only.) Renters are solely responsible for making sure mooring, boats, JetSki’s, kayaks… are secure and a safe distance away from other boats and jet skis.
