Cabin is 3 stories, so guests must be comfortable navigating stairs. No smoking or pets. The space You'll love this cabin - clean and well equipped for your stay in Arnold. This unique cabin offers a modern mountain look, open floor plan, and cozy interior. Floor 1: Entry/mud room with access to garage and stairs to first floor. Garage parking available for one car. Second garage bay converted to teen hang out area with tv, couches, bean bag, Wii, game table, and darts. Laundry room off garage available for guest use. Floor 2: Main floor has comfortable seating area with smart TV guests can use to access their own streaming accounts, separate seating area, well equipped kitchen, dining table for six, full bathroom with tub, and two decks which offer beautiful views of surrounding area, propane BBQ, and outdoor dining table with shade umbrella. Floor 3: Two adjoining sleeping areas with sleeping for six, desk, and full bath with shower. Sleeping area 1 is an open loft feel with two queen beds. Sleeping area 2 has one queen bed, and is separated by partition walls and locking door. See pictures. Linens and towels provided. Wifi available. No air conditioning. No smoking. No pets. Maximum 6 guests. Please note, the cabin has no air conditioning, and can get warm in summer months. So plan on cooling off in the refreshing lake! Guest access Guests have access to entire cabin. Other things to note We have neighbors, so ask that guests limit outdoor noise (on decks) after 10pm. Guests beyond the booking limit, pets on property, or lost lake tags will result in extra fees.
