The covered porch is one of our favorite places to watch the kids swim or fish while we are grilling or watching a game on the TV mounted outside. Off the covered porch , we have a fire pit for lakeside evenings. We have a large driveway and attached paved parking pad so 5-6 cars can be parked. We have Dish cable boxes in Living Room, Upstairs King , and Outdoor Porch. There is a Smart TV in loft area with a shelf to plug in your gaming unit along with an arcade video game. We have unlimited Wi-Fi that is included. There is an additional fridge and freezer in the garage for your use . We are just minutes away from or Smith Lake Park by boat or car. Find most everything you need inside the house but if there’s something extra you need , Dollar General is only 10 minutes away and Wal Mart and several restaurants in Cullman only 15-20 minutes away. Enjoy the boathouse (covered boat slip is NOT included but you are able to tie up next to the boathouse or swim pier- there is a shorter covered slip included for your use that will fit 2 jet skis or small ski/fish boat) and large swim pier along with the floating Lilly Pad. ONLY 15 minutes from I-65!
