The space This stunning Carnelian Bay home, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, has been completely remodeled from floor to ceiling. The large deck off the living and dining room offers private outdoor entertaining nestled in the pine forest. The main living space is open concept for family and friends to enjoy each other’s company while cooking or lounging. The main level of the home has a new gourmet kitchen, with gorgeous quartz countertops and kitchen island. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 8. The kitchen and dining room open to a large living room area with TV and gas insert fireplace. This is truly a wonderful place to cozy up after dinner with family and friends. Outside is a seating area and BBQ for outdoor lounging amongst 60-foot pine trees, perfect for those summer days. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached master bathroom. In the first of two upstairs bedrooms, there is a queen over queen bunk bed with a 2000 lb weight capacity. The other bedroom is a loft with a privacy door and queen size bed. Cozy up to the gas fireplace, relax on the deck, or enjoy the beauty of Lake Tahoe while spending time with family and friends, making traditions and memories together. Communication prior to arrival was awesome. While packing I sent a quick message off about beach towels ( no need to pack more than necessary) it was responded to promptly, which was appreciated. The home itself is a perfect location for North Lake Tahoe, right in the center of everything, while being situated in a quiet neighborhood. Upon arrival we immediately noticed how clean it was. I have a pretty critical eye for cleanliness, but every nook and corner was dust free. Including the outdoor patio which while surrounded by trees, was dirt free and ready to enjoy. The home had everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and linens top notch. We have finally found a place to come back to again and again. Lauren’a home is tasteful and comfortable, with everything you need during your stay. The kitchen is modern and stocked for cooking. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, and the living room has enough space for the whole family to watch a movie or enjoy a game night. We loved using the deck off of the living room, as well. You will not regret choosing this property for your visit to Tahoe! It feels like a home away from home. The location is perfectly situated between Kings Beach, Incline Village, Tahoe City, Truckee, classic resorts, and Truckee river fun. Lauren was a wonderful host and her communication was prompt and supportive. We had a great time sitting on the back porch for breakfast and dinner and watched the blue jays and chipmunks. The sweet neighborhood is walkable for morning and evening strolls. I highly recommend this beautiful home. We will be back. The light and airy home is completely renovated with an open and inviting feel, immaculately clean with high-end quartz countertops, wide plank flooring, modern lighting, gorgeous bathrooms, and comfortable furnishings. After a full day of hiking and swimming in the lake, the new beds, towels, and soft linens were perfect. This is a home that should set the standard for other Airbnb rentals that allow guests to enjoy their stay on arrival immediately. Dozens of well-thought-out items, a complete tea and coffee service, separate hand and dishwashing soap pumps, laundry pods to do a quick wash, napkins and paper towels, and complete kitchen utensils and appliances for food preparation, phone charger at the nightstand, etc. The list is very long. We felt our stay was as complete and welcoming as possible with so many helpful and necessary items. This was an incredible value compared to so many other Lake Tahoe options. We will do it again. The beds were incredibly comfy and it was quiet at night. The location was great and a perfect fit for my family. Would love to come back eventually!! Other things to note During the winter months, Lake Tahoe can accumulate a lot of snow. This makes for awesome skiing, sleighing, snowmobiling and snowboarding, but those conditions many times require chains and 4WD. The county plows all of the roads when it snows. We also pay to have our driveway cleared after 4" of snow accumulation. Please come and enjoy our winter wonderland but please be mindful of the road conditions and plan your vehicle choice accordingly! Features 2 Car Parking spaces available in the driveway.
