Has a Hockey table, foosball table, and two cornhole boards. This 3-bedroom, 2 full baths, and 1-half-bath, 1620 sq ft, house have expanded sleeping options for a maximum of 13 guests: The Master bedroom has a king-size bed (sleeps 2). The 2nd bedroom has king size bed (sleeps 2). The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed below and a full bed above (sleep 4). The family room has one queen sofa bed, loveseat and a big chair that converts into a twin bed (sleep 3). The living room/game room has a Hockey table and a Foosball table. There's an 18" Queen Air Mattress (sleep 2) that will be provided along with linen sheet set and comforter free for bookings of more than 10 guests (including infants). Enjoy the great lake views and experience the tranquil nature from the large backyard deck, balcony, air-conditioned boathouse, and internet access, or covered structure on the lawn. It has an over-water rope swing and seated swings to enjoy on the boathouse's spacious deck. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, LCD TVs, and high-speed internet connection. Updated with granite countertops, oak wood flooring, access to the deck from the living/family room, and access to the balcony from the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. Lake views from 2 upstairs bedrooms, living/family room, kitchen, and dining area. You can easily walk across the lawn to the lake for the fun of fishing, kayaking, swimming, or whatever water-related activities you will imagine. Double and single kayaks are available for guests' use. Charcoal BBQ Grill/Fire Pit available for outdoor cooking. * Responsible party should be at least 25 years of age to book and must occupy the property at all times. * Minimum two nights stay required - major holidays 3-night stay required. Low peak months minimum stay of 1 night on weekdays. * Absolutely no dogs or pets are allowed on the property * No smoking indoors * Fireworks are prohibited on the property, with no exceptions! * No weddings or wedding receptions, prom groups, bachelor/bachelorette or similar parties. * Firewood and Fishing gear not provided. But fishing is definitely allowed. * An 18" Queen Air Mattress will not be taken outside the main house. It will only be provided free to use (with sheet set and comforters) for bookings of more than 10 guests (infants included).
