Stroll up to Roslyn Village where you will find a supermarket, cafe's and one of Dunedin's popular bar & restaurants overlooking the city and stunning Otago harbour. The space The apartment has a separate bedroom with a queen bed. The kitchenette has a microwave/convection oven to heat or cook meals. Open plan lounge/dinning room with sofa and TV. A heat pump in the main living space provides ample heating in the colder months. The compact private bathroom has a toilet and shower with gas heated hot water. Bedding and towels are provided. Guest access Private external access is via a well lit (sensor light) path at the side of the property. There are two internal access points which will be locked from the main house side during your stay.
