Welcome to The Barn @ Angas Creek, a gorgeous Farm Stay in the Adelaide Hills. Conveniently located to many local wineries, the Barossa and Eden Valleys and only a short 40minute drive from Adelaide. Ideally situated with the celebrated Amy Gillett Bikeway winding through the property, the barn offers unbeatable convenience for cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts, with instant access to the region's most scenic cycling routes. The Barn is located on a 40 acre farm. The space The accommodation is offered as a two bed, two bath modern stone barn however it can provide amenities of up to 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeping up to 10 people. On the ground floor you will find a spacious indoor living area including a farmhouse dining table, seating around the oversized stone bench top, a new kitchen fitted with Miele appliances, utensils and crockery. A cosy fire place sits next to the lounge area and Smart TV. This space flows directly out to BBQ facilities and an undercover outdoor area seating. This area looks out to a gorgeous farmyard view of rolling green hills and dam where you can enjoy watching the wildlife. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a fully functional modern laundry. A second floor is also available upon request, consisting of a further 4 bedrooms, a second living room with Smart TV and a bathroom and are only available on a request basis. You are welcome to wonder the 40 acres, or a short stroll into the local general store or Mt Torrens hotel. Guest access Bedroom 1 - King bed. Ensuite and walk in robe, downstairs.
