The space Our luxury coastal home on acres is ideal for your next beachside getaway. The home is designed with two pavillions, joined by an indoor breezeway. The bedroom wing offers a quiet place to relax and unwind with 3 bedrooms and upstairs loft and separate media room. The living wing consists of a spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area all with views from every angle. A feature sandstone wall that surrounds a Cheminee fireplace. Cooking is a delight in the spacious kitchen, a central area in the home overlooking the pool and a perfect place to gather and enjoy some family time. Open the doors and let the outside greet you with two outdoor entertaining areas set elevated among the trees, you can enjoy the undercover patio area or eat alfresco at the outdoor dining table while watching the kid's splash in the pool or play on the lawn. We have two friendly chickens that the kids will love and a trampoline for added fun! Parties and large groups are not allowed, nearby acreages enjoy the peaceful location of our area, so please be courteous and keep noise to a minimum from 10pm so as not to disturb our neighbours that are also our friends. Guest access Guests will have access to the house and property but will not be able to access the shed.
