A pack and play is provided for small children. Children under 12 are not counted as extra guests in our home, so do not include them in your head count. Just let us know if they are coming with you. Enjoy relaxing on the large covered front porch with your favorite beverage or book. The kitchen has coffee, tea, condiments, bottled water and popcorn. A new eco water system has been added for healthier clean water to enjoy. UV light has also been added to sanitize the air.
