1780 House North Room Charming Bright King Bedroom

Discover the allure of our Circa 1780 home on the North Fork, designed with comfort in mind. Easy access to local attractions, including dining spots like Love Lane Kitchen, Tulios NY Wine Bar, NoFo DoCo delicious donuts, and Village Cheese Shop. Public transportation is only a block away. Spend your day at local wineries or relax on the front porch. Your stay includes a private King room and a shared guest only bathroom on the second floor. This is a shared space and not suitable for children. The space Our Circa 1780 House North Room offers a comfortable King size bed with lots of pillows, and clean linens. An electric fireplace for ambience and or warmth. A dresser if you’d like to unpack. Please note: there is no closet in this room. Fresh linens, blankets, towels are set out for every new guest. Toiletries, hair dryer, iron, and board also available. TV with Roku HBO, Showtime and Netflix Programmable A/C to adjust to your desired temperature in the summer, or use the window fan to bring in the fresh air in the warmer weather! There is a shared bathroom. Our rooms are not handicapped accessible. Rooms are located on the second floor accessed only via stairs. These stairs are fairly steep. There are possible allergens in our home (i.e.: pet dander) please be aware when booking. No pets are allowed in the guest area. Our pets are kept in the main living area of our home. This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted outside only. Guest access Enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or glass of wine on our front porch and watch the world go by. Snacks and waters always available. Mini fridge. Keurig coffee maker. The room is located on the second floor, accessed only via stairs. Unfortunately, our rooms are not handicapped accessible. Rooms are private with a privacy lock (not able to be locked from outside) and a shared bathroom is located down the hallway. The bathroom is shared by all guests. Off premise parking (municipal lot diagonally across the street). Please do not park in the driveway. There are possible allergens in our home (i.e.: pet dander) although our pets are never in the guest area. You’ll have access to the front porch but the backyard is fenced in for our dog and ask that you do not enter the backyard. During your stay We are always available via phone, text, or email. We live on-premise but are in our own separate living area. Other things to note We are located in the hamlet of Mattituck. The train passes by 6 times per day and the firehouse is across the street, although the firehouse is not too busy there is the potential to have the siren go off between the hours of 7 am and 8 pm. We have a German Shephard that is still getting used to us having guests. You may hear her barking when you enter the house, she is very friendly but likes to let us know when someone arrives. She is not able to access the guest area. We also recently found out one of our baby chickens is a rooster. He likes to let everyone know he’s around. We’re a large family and with that also comes some noise.
