A perfect getaway for the family. Please be advised, we require a 2 night minimum stay for all guests. The homes main living is on the second floor. Please note: You will need to go up stairs to access this main living space. We are 15 minutes from the Georgia National fairgrounds. Plenty of space for your RV or horse trailer, no RV hook up on site. The space The home: 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Each bathroom has a walk in shower(no tub). The living room, lounge room, and patio all have TV's with streaming apps - log yourself in to Netflix, Hulu, etc. There are two dinning areas in the home. One area is a 6 top table and the other is a 4 top dinning table. There is a full kitchen with a coffee maker and we provide coffee for your stay. Outdoor: There is an outdoor fire pit areas on the property, along with many places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. A charcoal grill and dinning area are available so you can enjoy a delicious dinner in the outdoors. Parking: There is plenty of parking available on the property and PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE GARAGE FOR ANY REASON. A maximum of 3 cars on the property at once, please. Guest access The upstairs of the home is where all living spaces are located. Please note the downstairs garage is not available for use. Other things to note Iteams provided: Please note that you are welcome to use any items (shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, hairspray, etc) found in the bathrooms. However, we only keep our home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and trash bags for our guest. Please note that shower products are not provided new to each guest. Late checkouts: While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure our home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. Pets: While we invite you to bring your furry friends we do ask that your pet is house trained, is on their best behavior and does not sit on our furniture or lay in beds. If your pet messes on the property, we ask that you kindly clean up after them. $55 per pet is required per pet per stay. Additional rules: Absolutely no parties, please note there will be a surcharge for the cleaning fee for any gatherings you host over 6 people. Quiet time is after 9:00pm and we kindly ask to keep loud music and any other noise to a minimum after this time as to not disturb our neighbors. Please do not bring more people (or pets) than reflected on your reservation. NO SMOKING! We kindly ask that you keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the home including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted, and you will be charged accordingly if anything is removed. Any damage done to the property during your stay may result in additional charges.
