The space This owner-managed cute and cozy little home, perfect for visiting Antigua! Simple but comfortable house located on a main street, close to the center of town. Step out the front door and find a bakery and small shops just a few steps away. Full sized washer and dryer available (**shared between the two apartments). Two new queen orthopedic beds and a shorter futon (1.65m) in the house. *NO Private Parking at the house. There is public street parking usually available near the entrance to the house or paid private parking lots nearby. *Please note: due to the location ON A MAIN STREET and city center of very lively Antigua, noises from vehicles, animals, fireworks, processions, and early morning deliveries nearby, can be heard from the house.. Guest access Guest will have private, full access to the house. There is a separate apartment behind the home, beyond a locked gate that guests will not have access to. **The washer and dryer are located in a "neutral space" between the two apartments and are shared between the two when there are guests in both houses. Other things to note Please note: due to the location ON A MAIN STREET and city center of very lively Antigua, noises from vehicles, animals, fireworks, processions, and early morning deliveries nearby, can be heard from the house. *As we meet you to give you the keys, check in after 10pm will have a $20/Q150 charge to be paid upon arrival. Check-in arrivals after 12am will have an additional charge. *IMPORTANT: Review the cancellation policy for this property. Refunds are not available for cancellations outside the cancellation policy period. Travel insurance is necessary to cover emergency cancellations. Requests for date changes to reservation outside cancellation period will NOT be honored.
